Please note that complaints regarding food quality or incorrect orders must be made within 15 minutes of receiving your food. This ensures that the issue can be addressed while the food truck is still in proximity.
If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us when placing your order. While we take extreme care, we cannot 100% guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. No refunds will be offered for allergic reactions.
If you fail to pick up your order within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, the order will be deemed a ‘No Show’ and no refund will be provided.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Bite Me Food Truck reserves the right to verify all claims made under this policy and to refuse refunds at our discretion.
