Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Bite Me Food Truck for your culinary adventure. We’re committed to offering our customers delicious food that meets the highest quality standards. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds and Return Policy below.

Order Errors:

  1. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify our staff immediately. We will promptly correct the mistake and provide the correct item at no additional cost.
  2. Missing Items: If your order is missing any items, please inform our staff as soon as possible. Missing items will be supplied promptly without any extra charges.

Food Quality:

  1. Unsatisfactory Food: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your food, please inform our staff immediately. We will offer the option to replace the unsatisfactory item or provide a full refund for that item.

Time Sensitivity:

Please note that complaints regarding food quality or incorrect orders must be made within 15 minutes of receiving your food. This ensures that the issue can be addressed while the food truck is still in proximity.

Cancellation:

  1. Advance Orders: Orders placed in advance may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund.
  2. Same-Day Orders: Cancellations for same-day orders must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for late cancellations.

Allergy Concerns:

If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us when placing your order. While we take extreme care, we cannot 100% guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. No refunds will be offered for allergic reactions.

No Show:

If you fail to pick up your order within 30 minutes of your scheduled time, the order will be deemed a ‘No Show’ and no refund will be provided.

Final Notes:

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Bite Me Food Truck reserves the right to verify all claims made under this policy and to refuse refunds at our discretion.
